How To Start Your On Business - HHO Generators - Precautions to Be Taken When Installing HHO Generators
Once mixed with gasoline creates a mixture which powers your engine, this gas. Generates HHO - also known as Brown gas, understandably enough, a HHO generator. But you can install a HHO generator with no automotive background at all, a little bit of experience working on cars is a definite advantage here. A HHO generator is relatively easy to install and does not require you to have a lot of knowledge of cars to begin.
It is best to get advice from professionals if you need it, when you are dealing with anything technical. But does so only when in actual contact with gasoline - so be careful and don't be afraid to ask questions, hHO does explode. That does not mean that you can slack off or not exercise the usual due diligence you would with any other sort of auto work, while it is easy to install a HHO generator into your car.
Here are some things to keep in mind, when you are ready to install. Which will require you to uninstall it and do everything over again, a generator which has not been tested may of course not work. You should always test your HHO generator before installing it.
Don't make the mistake if assuming you know it all - it never hurts (and often helps) to ask. Since this is one of the coolest areas in the engine, the unit should be placed between the throttle body and the air intake sensor, ensure that you car has not been used for a few hours before installing your HHO generator, to prevent this. An explosion could occur, the wires here in this region could potentially cause a flashback - if the wires are hot. HHO gas is released into the air intake sensors once generated.
These mechanisms can prevent most flashbacks and explosions. So a flashback arrestor mechanism on your HHO generator would be an excellent idea indeed, different cars also have different requirements for the amount of HHO. The wiring will vary here depending on the make and model of car. It is best to use a fuse for the HHO unit itself in order to prevent short circuits in or near the HHO generator.
Make sure that your HHO generator is not running while the vehicle is off - you don't want an accumulation of HHO in the hood or a leakage of HHO, last.
